We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this website. No personal data is collected automatically as you browse.
Why we collect it, and our legal basis
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, quote for work, or process a job application (if sent to our HR address). Our legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interest — responding to enquiries you have voluntarily sent us — under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR.
Where your data goes
When you submit the contact form, your message is sent by email to our internal mailbox using a transactional email provider (for sending the message reliably) and is then stored in our company email inbox like any other email we receive. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry emails for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and maintain business records, typically no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required for a live contract, job application record, or legal obligation.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to how we process your data
